Troop History

Troop 683, formed in late 2005, was chartered to St. Raymond of Peñafort Roman Catholic Church, 8750 Pohick Road, Springfield, Virginia.  In January of 2014 the church terminated its charter arrangement with the Troop and the Troop moved and is now chartered to American Legion Post 176 Springfield, 8905 Ox Road, Lorton, Virginia, under the Numerals 4673 (HOPE on your digital phone dial).  The troop continues to build on its heritage and reputation for performance excellence.  Visit our photo album on TroopTrack (password required).
