General Notes:
- Work to change the attitude of the patrol members (make them commit and feel pride in their patrol).
- Think of good interpatrol activities (to help patrol members identify themselves as a patrol).
- Institute use of short reflections after each meeting with the patrol leaders.
- Broaden patrol member perspectives to encompass the sacrifice necessary for Scouting.
- Encourage patrols to build a patrol flags and personalize them.
- The Scouting experience is most enjoyable when everyone sacrifices themselves and what they hold dear for the better good of their patrol (adopt this, the Scouting attitude).
- Everyone must subjugate their will to the greater good of the Patrol.
- Get staves for everyone to personalize (discuss with Patrol Leader Council).
- Individual members must be willing to sacrifice personal desires for the team to perform well overall.
Respectfully submitted,
